We are now providing per minute billing for small computer repair tasks and computer help via Credo Rescue - our Remote/Online Tech Support.
We are always trying to find ways to save people time and
money. It is not easy.
A customer called us just the other day.
He just needed to open an attachment in an e-mail and print the
document. It took about 10 minutes from the time he called, was
logged in through
Credo Rescue, and his printer was printing out the document.
We did not find it fair to charge the small business customer
for an hour of service for such a quick fix. Then the light bulb turned on: Per
minute billing for those small fixes.
