On-site Computer Repair or Service
$60/hr + TravelOn-site computer repair or service and other on-site services consist of us being on-site the full time we are at your place of business or residence. If we step off-site for lunch, phone calls, or anything else that does not qualify as a service to you we go off the clock. However, when we are on-site and have to wait for a computer to finish installing updates or a virus scan, or wait on something else that we have no control over, or be on the phone with another vendor (ex: AT&T) we do charge for the time unless you are on a service or maintenance contract.
Remote Online Tech Support | CredoRescue.Net
$55/hr and as low as $10 for small fixes.Remote/online tech support is when we can usually start helping you within moments. Most often we can do anything that we could in front of your computer as long as you have a working Internet connection and web browser. We do this via a secured and encrypted connection and log into your computer with your permission. The program that is run on your computer is a run-once program that does not install on your system. The program itself is created from a random 6-digit PIN that can only be used once and must be activated within 20 minutes.
Pick-up/Drop-off Service
$55/hr + TravelSome jobs are not feasible for on-site service or online computer support. For example: A new installation of an operating system can take hours between installing the system, software, and applying updates. To pay for an IT technician to sit at your business or home for all that time would be expensive when we can take your computer and place it on a bench in our shop and charge only for the time spent at your computer which is significantly less. Another example is some viruses do not allow remote connectivity and the scans and removal of the virus can take some time. We never charge for time spent away from your computer while it is running these automated tasks.
Warranties, Guarantees, and Integrity
All of our work comes with a 30-day warranty on labor. If a problem resurfaces, persists, or recreates itself we will fix the problem without double charging you for labor. The exception is if we find a part that needs to be replaced and then we will only charge you for the part in honor of our oversight. We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service in Northern Nevada for computer repair and services, after all, it is our name on the line.
