COMPETENT, HONEST | I had a notebook computer that was coming apart (some hard traveling ’round the world).  They spent a fair number of hours with it.  They already were not going to charge me for all of the time that they had been put into it, the unit was usable but just barely.  Then upon closing the laptop/notebook it powered itself back on!  Obviously *this* would not do.  So they showed me a way to power off the unit so that it wouldn’t power back up just as soon as the cover was closed.  And then they ended up charging me nothing.  Zero is fair as the notebook was actually in worse shape than when I brought it in.  Still I felt bad ’cause they’d put a fair amount of time into the computer.  I ended up leaving them two six-packs of very special, very dark beer.  Would I use them again?  Absolutely.
