My daughters laptop crashed during finals, Eric to the rescue! He was able to capture her files and transfer to a new laptop (Merry Christmas) for her just in time . He put a new hard drive in the old one and shipped it to me (hand me down). Their work and service are what a parent or student would hope for. Fair and honest.
